How to take proper care of yourself and your body


It’s essential that you take care of your body, and you can do this in a number of different ways.

Are you getting enough sleep? This is always a question that you should ask yourself, as many opt to cut out a few of their essential sleep hours. Regardless of how busy you say you are, you always have to make time for at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

Let's face it, when it comes to feminine wash there's a lot of things that we don't take into consideration and that leads to irritations and other unpleasant things. That's why it's very important to do your research before you decide to use a certain product. 

I recently included in my hygiene routine the Betafem Feminine Wash and I have to say I really like it. This product is very gentle and soothing, so it's perfect for everyday usage. It has a pleasant smell that is not too overpowering. Texture-wise, this feminine wash is quite watery compared with other similar products that I've used in the past, but I don't see that as a bad thing, on the contrary, a little goes a long way.
